Your Mission
Join a precision manufacturing team producing critical parts for industrial fluid and transport systems. Your craftsmanship—and your judgment—ensure components meet stringent specifications every time.
What Success Looks Like
On day one, you complete an on-site weld test. We place you within our Level I–III framework based on demonstrated skill. Level I minimum is required, and your placement determines starting pay and outlines a clear development path.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, Monel, and Hastelloy
- Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions to exacting tolerances
- Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and process specifications accurately
- Set up parts with fixtures, measurement tools, and precision equipment (including rotary tables when used)
- Manage heat input and sequence to avoid distortion, overheating, and defects
- Inspect and verify weld quality; complete required documentation and production paperwork
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards; uphold a clean 5S work area
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of TIG and MIG welding experience
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and specifications
- Experience welding in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
