•We are seeking a Flutter App Developer to help design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android, iOS, and other supported platforms. This role will contribute to the delivery of scalable, performant, and user-friendly applications while collaborating closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers.

Key Responsibilities
•Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
•Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to implement new features and enhancements.
•Build responsive and reusable UI components that provide a consistent user experience across platforms.
•Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party SDKs.
•Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established development standards and best practices.
•Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and team development practices.
•Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
•Implement automated testing, including unit, widget, and integration tests.
•Support CI/CD pipelines and mobile application release processes.
•Monitor application performance and reliability and assist with ongoing optimization efforts.
•Create and maintain technical documentation, including design notes, implementation details, and support documentation.
•Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Key Qualifications / Requirements
Education
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Experience
•3+ years of professional software development experience.
•2+ years of hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
•Experience building and deploying applications for Android and iOS platforms.
•Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns.
•Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON-based data services.
•Familiarity with state management approaches within Flutter applications.
•Experience with Git-based source control workflows.
•Understanding of software development best practices, including testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
•Knowledge of mobile application lifecycle management, app store deployment, and release processes.
•Experience working within Agile development teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
•Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have
•Experience with mobile application performance profiling and optimization.
•Knowledge of secure mobile development practices.
•Experience implementing automated UI and integration testing.
•Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Jenkins.
•Experience developing applications for tablets, embedded devices, or desktop platforms using Flutter.
•Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin) development.
