NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking MiG Welder/Fabricator with Dual Shield experience for a great long-term opportunity in a local company specializing in equipment manufacturing.
What we are seeking:
- 2+ years of fabrication/welding or the educational equivalent preferred.
- 1+ year of dual shield experience.
- Great Attention to Detail.
- Ability to follow step-by-step instructions in the fabrication process.
- The ability to fit and use cutting torches, grinders punch presses and drill presses.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine welding requirements, and also understanding the welding symbols.
- Perform MIG welding and dual shield welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality fabrication.
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, push and pull for an 8- hour to 10-hour a day.
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely to transport materials and equipment.
- Utilize hand and power tools for precise welding and fabrication tasks.
- Excellent math and measurement skills.
- Great attendance, punctuality and work ethic.
JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Eugene, OR
- Shift: Days
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Pay: $22/h to $24/h (DOE and Depending on Weld Test)
