Job Summary
The Flux Core Welder / Fitter will work on structural components such as utility poles, monopoles, guardrails, and barrier systems. This role requires high attention to detail, technical skill in flux core welding, and adherence to safety standards. Welder retention and referral bonuses are available to incentivize excellent performance and employee recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform flux core welding (1/16” and .052” wire) in 1G and 2G positions.
Fabricate and fit structural components such as utility poles, guardrails, and barrier systems.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all welds meet specifications and standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Required Experience
Proven experience with flux core welding in 1G and 2G positions.
Experience working with structural components such as poles, guardrails, or similar systems is preferred.
Required Skills
Proficiency in flux core welding (1/16” and .052” wire).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Understanding of welding safety standards and procedures.

Pay is $21.00/hr and may go up to $25.00/hr upon hire
