Do you enjoy fitting, welding, and finishing to tight specifications? Can you read blueprints and weld symbols with confidence? Regal Staffing Services is hiring in South Fort Worth for a fabricator who can take customer drawings and turn them into finished parts using FCAW.
What will you work on?
- All phases of weld prep, flux-core welding, and finishing
- Manufacturing to customer drawings, specifications, or other provided instructions
- Interpreting blueprints and weld symbols to guide your work
- Fabrication and grinding to achieve clean, consistent results
- Measurement with tape measure and calipers to verify accuracy
What do you need to bring?
- 6+ months of recent (within the last 2 years) flux core welding and fit-up experience
- Readiness to pass a 1G Flux Core weld test and interview
- Availability for overtime and rotating Saturdays as needed
Your toolkit
- Machines & technologies you'll use: Flux-Cored Arc Welder
- You should be proficient in: Welding Setups for Production
Pay and schedule
Pay Rate:$21.00/HR
Higher pay may be considered based on experience, weld test, and interview.
1st Shift
- Mon–Fri: 5:00am–1:30pm (OT to 3:30pm)
- Sat: 5:00am–1:00pm (rotating: one week on, one week off)
Must be able to work OT and Saturdays when needed.2nd Shift
- Mon–Thurs: 4:00pm–12:30am (OT to 2:30am)
- Fri: 2:00pm–10:30pm
- Sat: 1:00pm–9:00pm (rotating: one week on, one week off)
