Position provides customer-facing functions for Facilities Management (FM). Examples include work order control, database management, key issuance and tracking, interdepartmental billing for work order, and communication with other campus departments and outside entities.

Required Qualifications

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of full-time related work experience.
• A valid Utah Driver License is a condition of employment.

• Ability to analyze situations and make decisions independently.
• Accurate recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under stress.

• Previous experience using an Integrated Work Management System (IWMS or

CMMS).

• Familiarity with trades and construction terms commonly used within a facilities

management organization.
