Position Information

Position Title FM Personnel Assistant Requisition Number H01896P Position Category Hourly/Work Study Campus Location Weber State University - Ogden, UT Hours per week 20-25 Months per year 12 Alternate work schedule

4-5 hour shifts during office hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday

Must be able to work summers and breaks.

Pay Grade Salary Hourly Pay Rate $15.00 FLSA Job Summary/Basic Function

Duties include managing FM's part-time hiring process and postings. Contact applicants, schedule and run interviews, and hire for part-time positions. Provide customer service to internal and external personnel, assist others on special projects, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience using PC applications.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Utah driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous business office experience.

Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Use of arm and/or leg controls exerting forces greater than that for sedentary work. Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision. Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading. The conditions the worker will be subject to in this position. None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work)., The worker is subject to outside environmental changes. No effective protection from the weather. , The worker is subject to both environmental conditions.
