Must be a U.S. Citizen

Clearance Required: Active Secret 

Education: BA/BS degree

Experience:

  • Journeyman – 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline is required; and included in the three (3) years, two (2) years professional experience in FMS technical efforts supporting major weapon systems and components development are required.
  • Experience in FMS program/project status and schedules is required. Demonstrated knowledge of Arms Export Control Act (AECA), Foreign Assistance Act (FAA), and Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM, DOD 5105.38-M) is required.
  • Experience processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs is desired.

Position Description:

  • Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary.  Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
