Excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in the highly desirable Desert Ridge area of North Phoenix. We are actively recruiting for a dynamic FNP to join our collaborative, multi-specialty primary care team. Position Highlights

• Full-time, outpatient primary care serving patients of all ages - newborns to seniors
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management
• Flexible schedule with four 10-hour shifts available
• On-site labs and integrated Behavioral Health services
• Dedicated Medical Assistant and strong clinic support
• Collaborative physician and leadership team
• Candidates will manage and grow their own dedicated patient panel

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of post-training experience in primary care or a similar setting required
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required
• Current Arizona NP License or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances
• CPR and BLS certifications required
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $120,000 - $145,000 base salary plus wRVU incentives
• $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
