About the Position
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, with a strong focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, health promotion, and patient education. Working collaboratively with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team, the provider delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with New York State regulations and established clinical protocols.
This opportunity is with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Western New York communities through a network of primary care, behavioral health, dental, and specialty care services.
