About the Position

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) needed for an established FQHC clinic in Cameron Park, CA, serving a diverse and medically underserved community.

Bilingual preferred (Spanish strongly valued).

Schedule Options

• 4 days/week

• 8 clinical hours/day

• 3 patients per clinical hour(24 appointment slots/day)

• Schedule above reflects full-time employment

A 5-day workweek with a lower daily patient volume is also available, if preferred.

Clinical Scope

This role provides full-scope primary care across the lifespan, with an emphasis on accessible, community-based care:

• Preventative care

• Routine checkups and physicals

• Chronic disease management

• Well Child Visits

• Well Woman exams

• Tobacco cessation treatment

• Infectious disease services

• Immunizations

• Health screenings for TB, cancer, hepatitis, and other communicable diseases

• On-site Quest lab services available through the organization’s Placerville clinic
