About the Position:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with pediatric experience to join our team in Hornell, NY.
Clinic Schedule :
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work alongside two other APPs in a collaborative environment - 36 - 40 hour work week
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with an MD/DO to lead the care team in medical decision-making
- Conduct history & physical exams (HPI)
- Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications following New York State guidelines
- Perform minor surgical procedures
- Provide patient education and referrals for specialized care as needed
