ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed

• Minimum 3 years of experience required – no new grads

• Work alongside 2 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers

• Provide full-spectrum primary care with an emphasis on prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness

• Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Closed weekends and holidays

• Supportive clinical environment with no on-call responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Competitive salary: $100,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
