Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leading front-of-house operations during shifts with enthusiasm and care
• Deliver meals to guests promptly, ensuring a delicious dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness standards for tables, floors, restrooms, and high-touch areas
• Engage guests through meaningful interactions and attentive service
• Coach team members on hospitality, urgency, and cleanliness expectations
• Respond quickly and effectively to guest needs, spills, or concerns
• Support front counter and drive-thru during slower periods
• Create and sustain a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confident leadership presence
• Hospitality mindset with attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to coach, encourage, and inspire team members
• Self-starter who proactively identifies and addresses needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
