We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Cashier / Food Runner to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping maintain the quality, consistency, and experience that Hotboys is known for.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties:
Greet guests and create a welcoming, friendly experience
Take customer orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Deliver food orders to guests quickly and correctly
Answer menu questions and provide recommendations when needed
Ensure all orders are prepared, packaged, and delivered accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Restock front-of-house supplies as needed
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Job Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Must maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts
Pay:
$12 - $15 Per Hour + Tips
