Job Description

We are looking for FOH Dining Staff Members (Servers & Bussers) at a Full-Service Restaurant.
Restaurant Name: Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Dining @ Winter Garden, Florida. (Flamingo Crossings SC. in WDW Resort)

Projected Itinerary:
  • Initial Screening: June 2023.
  • Job Offer & Hiring: July 2023.
  • Job Training: August - September 2023.
  • Gyu-Kaku Flamingo Opens: October 2023.

Job Overview:
  • Contingent on their placement, front-of-house staff may be responsible for receiving guests.
  • Escorting them to their tables.
  • Conveying their requests to the kitchen staff.
  • You should also provide customers with a check upon completion of their meal.

Work Environment:
  • Extremely High-Volume Restaurant.
  • Extremely High & Competitive Tip-Income for Servers ($2,500+ per week for Full-Time Top Performance Servers).
  • Extremely High & Competitive Tip-Income for Bussers ($1,200+ per week for Full-Time Top Performance Bussers).
  • Provide the Highest Quality Dining Service to customers.
  • Provide the Highest Quality Foods to customers.
  • Work as a Team with High Ethics and Morals.
  • Team Policies & Regulations are to be enforced strictly by all Team members.

Pay Rate:
  • Servers - Base Wage+ Extremely Competitive Tip-Income.
  • Bussers - Base Wage+ Extremely Competitive Tip-Income.
  • $10.00 - $85.00 per hour with Wage & Tip-Income.

Other Compensation:
  • Dining Server Extremely High & Competitive Tip-Income.
  • Busser High & Competitive Tip Income.
