    Join Our Team as FOH Floor Supervisor – Lead and Elevate the Guest Experience


    About the Position

    The FOH Floor Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations by balancing floor leadership and service duties. This position requires the ability to oversee service execution, maintain quality control, and support both guests and staff in real time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a high-volume setting.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Work as both a server and floor lead, depending on the needs of service.
    • Support the FOH team by supervising ticket times, food running, and overall service flow.
    • Maintain quality control for food and beverages before they are delivered to guests.
    • Handle comps, voids, and service adjustments as needed.
    • Assist in guest relations, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
    • Administer staff breaks, monitor efficiency, and coordinate operations between the bar and serving staff.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
    • Work closely with management and ownership to implement service improvements.

    What We’re Looking For (Please Read Carefully)

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is warm, positive, and detail-oriented, with a deep appreciation for hospitality and team collaboration.


    Minimum Requirements

    • You must be 21 or older to apply
    • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
    • Strong service experience with the ability to work as both a server and floor lead.
    • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage service flow effectively.
    • Proficiency with POS systems (Toast preferred).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • California Food Handler’s Card required.
    • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
    • Intermediate bartending ability a plus but not required.
