Description
Front of House (FOH) Manager
The Front of House (FOH) Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and leading the service team with professionalism and efficiency. This role manages front-of-house staff, maintains service standards, handles guest relations, supports team development, and works closely with leadership to achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized leader, and hospitality-focused professional who can create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining smooth and successful restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and coach FOH team members to deliver outstanding hospitality and service
Oversee daily opening, closing, and shift operations
Ensure consistent execution of service standards, guest satisfaction, and restaurant policies
Manage reservations, seating flow, and guest concerns with professionalism
Monitor staffing, scheduling needs, and team performance
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Support inventory control, side work completion, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to improve overall restaurant performance
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
Uphold food safety, health, and company standards
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant leadership or FOH management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Ability to motivate and support a diverse team
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
