Job Title:

Pizzeria Servers/ FOH

Location: Pizzeria Leopold

Reports To: Front of House Manager / General Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Server to join our team at Pizzeria Leopold. As a server in our pizzeria, you ll be the face of our restaurant greeting guests, taking orders, serving pizza, appetizers, salads, sandwiches and drinks, and ensuring every customer feels welcome and satisfied. You ll thrive in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment and bring great energy to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and make them feel at home
  
• Present menus, explain pizza and drink options, and offer recommendations
  
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system
  
• Serve food and beverages quickly and efficiently
  
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
  
• Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism
  
• Clear and reset tables quickly and cleanly
  
• Assist with side work such as folding pizza boxes, refilling condiments, or helping with to-go orders
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  
• Friendly attitude with strong communication skills
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  
• Team player with a positive, helpful approach
  
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable)
  
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
• Food Handler s and/or Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain)
  

Working Conditions:

• On your feet for most of your shift
  
• Fast-paced, energetic environment with frequent guest interaction
  
• Carry trays, pizza boxes, or light bus tubs (up to 25 lbs)
  

Compensation:

• $12.14+ Tips
  
• Tip pool, shift meal, employee discount
