FOH: Server

At World Famous Hotboys, we do one thing exceptionally well — serve amazing fried chicken in a fast-paced, high-energy, community-driven environment.

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Server to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping maintain the quality, consistency, and experience that Hotboys is known for.

The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and able to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests.

Job Duties:

Greet guests and provide a friendly, welcoming experience

Take guest orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when needed

Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately

Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their visit

Answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and specials

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas

Process guest payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Help maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Job Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Comfortable using a Point of Sale (POS) system

Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and working in a high-volume environment

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Must maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts 

Pay:

$8 Per Hour + Tips
