What You'll Do
As a Front of House Shift Lead, you'll help create a warm and memorable guest experience while supporting daily operations and team success.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality from arrival to farewell
- Recommend delicious pastries, desserts, sandwiches, and café specialties
- Prepare espresso drinks including cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, macchiatos, and more
- Make crepes and sandwiches with attention to quality and presentation
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Place end-of-day orders through online platforms
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient café environment
- Lead shifts confidently and support the team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality or food service experience
- Prior experience as a shift lead or team lead required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
