Folder Gluer Operator - Fond du Lac, WI

We're looking for a detail-oriented operator who takes pride in quality, machine setup, and maintaining high production standards.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate folder gluer machines (DGM, Diana, or similar)
• Follow production tickets and specifications accurately
• Fold and glue products to exact customer requirements
• Inspect and pack finished products for shipment
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Complete job documentation and reports accurately
• Maintain organized and clean work areas
• Meet production targets and efficiency goals
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow

What We're Looking For

• Entry-level to experienced operators welcome
• Experience setting up and running multiple jobs preferred
• Ability to read measurements and drawings
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO) is a plus
