They ensure compliance with safety procedures, manage crew activities, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
The role involves performing machine make-ready, quality inspections, and maintaining product safety standards.
Operators assist with maintenance, housekeeping, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
They may serve as backup to the Team Leader and are required to pass a drug screening.
