- Manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred, but not required)
- No specific education required
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but candidates without this background are encouraged to apply
- 1st Shift schedule:6:00am until production is complete
- Most days end around 3:30pm
- Some days may end earlier (2:30pm) or later (4:30pm) depending on workload
- Breaks:two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break
- Pay structure:
- Piece-rate position
- Guaranteed $11/hr for the first 3 months
- Many employees average $1516/hr
- Top performers may earn $20+/hr
- No cap on earning potential
