Shifts & Training
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 6:30am
- Training: 1st shift (6:30am – 3:00pm) for approximately 60–90 days
What You’ll Do
- Stage die carts and load the die, counter, and stock correctly into the machine.
- Execute make-ready/setups to achieve cut-to-print accuracy and proper scoring.
- Run production at the specified rate while maintaining safety and consistency.
- Pull retains and monitor output to verify ongoing die-cutter quality.
- Unload and clear all materials and dies upon job completion.
- Perform routine cleaning, minor adjustments, and mechanical upkeep.
- Collaborate closely with teammates on the line and across the department.
- Understand departmental goals and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3+ years of work history showing mechanical aptitude, hands-on tool use, and troubleshooting.
- Consistent, stable employment record.
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Analytical thinking with a drive for process improvement.
