Food and Beverage Cashier

Department:   Food and Beverage

Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager

Our Cashiers create a welcoming experience by processing transactions quickly, accurately, and with great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, positive manner.  

• Accurately process guest transactions at various resort outlets.  

• Collect payments and issue correct change and receipts.  

• Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself, coworkers, and guests.  

• Provide excellent customer service to create a positive guest experience.  

• Operates soda machines, scoops ice cream, and assists with boxing or preparing food items depending on the outlet’s operational needs. 

• Assist with additional tasks in assigned areas during downtime.  

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Must be at least 14 years of age to apply. 

• Flexible work schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.  

• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).  

• Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.  

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8–10 hours per shift).  

• Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling cash and operating a register/POS system.  

• Occasional bending, reaching, and stooping.  

• Ability to lift and carry up to 15–20 lbs.  

• Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas.  

• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.  

• Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
