We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for positive individuals to lead our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treatsOperate an electronic cash register and credit card machineAssist with food prep and cookingKeep all food service areas clean and neatBalance cash drawer at end of shiftHandle any customer complaintsEnsure all health and safety regulations are being followedAbility to lead and set example for other Team MembersOpen/close concession stands and ensure all procedures are followedMonitor quality control and maximize efficiencyOther duties as assigned leadershipMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be able to work nights/weekends/holidaysAbility to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patronsMinimum two years of customer service experience with general public preferredPrior experience in the food and beverage industryWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 poundsMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time Facility has intermittent noise
