Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for all FOH

• Recruit, develop, and lead Famp;B leadership teams and frontline managers

• Ensure consistent service standards, food quality, and guest experience

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive Famp;B leadership experience,

• Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  

• Hotel Experience Preferred - Hilton experience a major plus
