Summary: This position is responsible for managing and overseeing daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, outlets, banquets, and culinary departments, while ensuring exceptional guest service, quality, safety, and profitability. The Food and Beverage Manager leads teams, manages operational standards, controls costs, supports revenue goals, and works with hotel leadership to deliver outstanding dining experiences and efficient department performance.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership is desired, along with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage daily operations, support and develop team members, and maintain high standards of service and operational performance in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be proficient with computers and technical systems, including Microsoft Office products, and able to operate office equipment with speed and accuracy. Ability to obtain any required government or brand-specific permits, licenses, or certifications is required. This position requires a flexible schedule, including varied shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
