ABOUT THE COMPANY:

MMTH Clubhouse is a next-level "competitive social" destination redefining how people play, dine, and connect-a "no spectators, no sidelines" environment where competition breeds camaraderie. We offer an elevated social sports experience with world‑class food and beverage and a unique lineup of games, including Pure Putt, pickleball, Big Hoops, Flight Deck, Lite Linx, and Battle Bats.

Driven by the belief that elite isn't exclusive, competition cultivates community, and everyone plays, MMTH Fieldhouse is a vibrant, inclusive place to work across sport, leisure, events, F&B, and guest service.

MMTH Clubhouse is proudly managed by Sports Facilities Management, LLC, part of The Sports Facilities Companies (SFC), the nation's leader in sports, recreation, wellness, and event facility management and development. SFC is nationally recognized by USA Today as a Top Workplace and is known for its entrepreneurial, team‑oriented culture focused on collaboration, accountability, excellence, and service.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Anchored in MMTH Fieldhouse's mission to bring out the competitor in everyone and its vision of a community forged through competition, the Food & Beverage Manager leads day-to-day food & beverage operations across the restaurant, bars, concessions, and catered events. This role ensures that MMTH's values-elite isn't exclusive, competition cultivates community, and no sidelines, no spectators-show up in every plate and pour, creating active dining experiences where guests can eat, drink, and compete without leaving the action. The Food & Beverage Manager supports the General Manager in driving financial performance, menu innovation, service standards, and team development so that every guest feels invited, included, and energized while on property.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  • Lead the daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food and beverage offerings for the venue's restaurant, bar, concessions, and special events to deliver consistent quality that reflects MMTH Clubhouse standards.
  • Hire, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate food & beverage team members, reinforcing MMTH's "everyone is invited, everyone belongs, everyone plays" mindset and SFC service expectations.
  • Open and close all F&B outlets throughout the venue, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and atmosphere that support the competitive social experience.
  • Budget, track, and monitor weekly and monthly food and labor costs; support event P&L analysis and overall profitability for F&B in partnership with the General Manager.
  • Monitor product and service quality on an ongoing basis, addressing gaps quickly to protect a premium yet accessible guest experience that keeps post-game spending on site.
  • Oversee all inventory management for food, beverage, and supplies, including ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation; generate accurate daily and monthly inventory reports.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including setting up accounts, reviewing products and pricing, managing invoices, and aligning purchasing with budget and brand standards.
  • Research new food and beverage products and trends; develop menu ideas and activations that support MMTH's "eat, drink, compete" experience, event demographics, and seasonality.
  • Implement menu strategies and pricing that balance guest appeal with margin targets and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously inspect equipment and food deliveries; coordinate kitchen and bar equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs as needed.
  • Evaluate and enforce health, safety, and alcohol service practices to ensure compliance with all regulations and internal standards, achieving A-level inspection scores and strong risk management performance.
  • Organize and manage catering for events, coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless food & beverage execution for leagues, parties, tournaments, and corporate or social functions.
  • Respond to guest feedback, complaints, and suggestions with a hospitality-first mindset, resolving issues quickly and using insights to improve menus, service, and operations.
  • Keep accurate records related to inventory, health and safety practices, and F&B financial performance; complete required daily and monthly reporting.
  • Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by the General Manager and venue leadership.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
