Food and Beverage Supervisor - Courtyard Lexington South

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operation of our Bistro and Bistro Bar Operations. The employee will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of the bistro and bistro bar, including leading a team of employees

• Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, including maintaining a clean and organized area and adhering to food safety protocols

• Provide excellent customer service, including assisting guests with questions and needs and handling complaints and concerns

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking as needed

• Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the register and completing shift reports

• Oversee banquet and catering operations and day-of success

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage role, or in a related leadership role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems

• Requirement to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
