Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the management team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of food and beverage staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate stock of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support management in scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is preferred.
