Job Duties

• Support the production team by preparing, washing, staging, and organizing cheese mix products for tamale production lines
• Follow plant recipes to ensure product consistency and quality
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), SQF, USDA, and company food safety standards
• Prepare ingredients and materials for production as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area to ensure product safety
• Assist with production line operations to support daily manufacturing goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
