What you’ll handle

• Weigh and measure ingredients per recipe and production schedule
• Run mixers and peripheral equipment efficiently and safely
• Monitor and adjust dough consistency to meet specifications
• Conduct quality checks: temperature, texture, and visual appearance
• Record batch data, maintain logs, and ensure accurate lot traceability
• Uphold GMP and food safety standards; keep your area clean
• Report safety concerns promptly; communicate with the production team
• Assist with additional operational duties as needed

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience; food production preferred
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment with a safety-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Clear team communication skills
• Commitment to established safety procedures and standards
