Overview:

Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant

The Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage leadership team.  This position helps ensure the department operates efficiently by processing invoices and communicating with employees, vendors and other departments.  
 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate support staff to ensure a high standard of service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• One to two years of administrative,hospitalityrestaurant, or food & beverage experience preferred.  of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
