Langlands Restaurant's focus is fresh, colourful, sustainable and approachable.\n \nThe Role:\n \nAs the Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be working within our Food and Beverage Team to support the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, Langland's Restaurant & Bar and event space 'Bellarine'. Provide exceptional customer service by handling all guest enquiries in a courteous manner, bringing your personality to light, and being your true and authentic self.\n \nSome of the responsibilities include:\n\n Creating warm, genuine and memorable guest experiences through personalised service\n Anticipating guest needs and adapting service style to suit a range of dining occasions\n Guiding guests through menu and beverage selections with confidence and product knowledge\n Enhancing the guest experience through considered recommendations that drive average check value\n Taking ownership of a service section and supporting the team where necessary\n \nAbout you: \n\n Able to demonstrate experience as a Section Waiter and how you have created memorable experiences for guests\n A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate \n Confident in recommending and upselling food and beverage pairings\n Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and adapt to different customer needs\n Proactive problem solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment \n* Flexible to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays \n\n
