Food & Beverage / Catering Team Member – Great Escape (Temporary)

Location: Great Escape Theme Park, Queensbury, NY
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays through the end of October
Anticipated Start: ASAP
Pay Rate: $18/hr

Integrated Staffing is hiring approximately 15 temporary Food & Beverage team members to support Great Escape's restaurants and catering events for the remainder of the season.

We're looking for dependable people with experience in restaurants, catering, concession stands, cafeterias, or commercial kitchens. If you can keep a serving line moving, prepare food efficiently, and deliver friendly service during a busy shift, we want to hear from you.

Assignments may include catering support, food preparation, pizza preparation, serving, and kitchen support based on your skills and the park's daily needs. Team members must also be willing to help with replenishing supplies and cleanup.

Schedule

Saturdays: Approximately 11:30 AM–9:30 PM

Sundays: Approximately 11:30 AM–8:30 PM

Consistent weekend availability through October 25 is strongly preferred. Shifts may change or be canceled due to weather or park closures.

What You'll Do

• Support busy catering events by serving guests, replenishing food, and keeping service areas organized.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, frying, or pizza preparation as assigned.
• Keep serving lines moving while providing courteous, attentive guest service.
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to keep food and supplies ready throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and equipment-handling procedures.
• Help with kitchen and dining area cleanup, including wiping tables, sweeping, and removing trash.
• Move between assignments as needed and learn the procedures for each work area.

Experience and Skills We're Looking For

• Previous food service, catering, restaurant, concession, cafeteria, or kitchen experience preferred.
• Familiarity with food preparation, serving lines, sanitation, or high-volume meal service.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods while paying attention to cleanliness and service.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a commitment to scheduled shifts.
• A friendly, professional attitude and clear communication with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to follow instructions, learn tasks quickly, and contribute wherever the team needs support.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available for weekend shifts during the assignment.
• Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, reach, kneel, and occasionally carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be comfortable with hands-on food service work, including preparation, serving, and cleanup.
