The Food and Beverage Manager oversees all club food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and member satisfaction.
- Leads staff recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling.
- Maintains operational standards for safety, sanitation, and presentation.
- Ensures high-quality guest service, manages reservations, resolves concerns, and coordinates food delivery.
- Implements cost control, revenue strategies, and marketing initiatives to boost engagement and revenue.
- Assists in planning and managing events, banquet functions, and inventory.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and club policies.
- Performs additional duties as directed.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in fine dining, strong communication skills, managerial ability, and a high school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
