As a key operational anchor, you will oversee workflows across Le Moyne’s Chophouse, The Living Room lounge, Le Café, and our upscale banquet spaces.
System Mastermind: Establish clear routines, manage inventory controls, streamline procurement, and oversee payroll support.
Analytical Leader: Review financial data, spot trends, control liquor costs, and forecast inventory/staffing needs to maximize profitability.
Team Developer: Directly lead and mentor service staff, assist with training, and champion a positive "servant leadership" culture.
Brand Collaborator: Partner with marketing to generate sleek, on-brand social media content.
Floor Support: Step into the outlets and banquet events during peak times to ensure flawless execution, step-in leadership, and pristine guest satisfaction.
Experience: 3+ years of restaurant experience with at least 2 years in a restaurant management role.
Skills: Exceptional personal organization, sharp financial/basic accounting acumen, and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage presentation.
Leadership: A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Certifications: Mobile County Food & Beverage Handler card required. Ability to obtain ServSafe Manager certifications within the first quarter (we pay for your ServSafe!).
Physical: Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortably adapt to fast-changing environments (from the heat of the kitchen to the chill of the walk-in).
