Position Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, execution, and financial performance of all food and beverage operations at Winnetka Golf Club, overseeing daily service, kitchen coordination, bar operations, events, and seasonal programming while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
This hands-on leadership role offers a unique opportunity to build and develop the food and beverage program largely from the ground up, with meaningful influence over menus, service models, systems, and team culture. The Food & Beverage Manager is also accountable for staff training and development, cost control, labor management, inventory, and compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Working closely with the General Manager and department leaders, this position is expected to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and establish a best-in-class food and beverage experience aligned with the Club's standards and community-focused mission.
