They will also be responsible for managing all aspects of food & beverage, including concessions and alcohol beverage operations.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Oversee daily operationsSupport in hiring process, training and developing of F&B team membersOpen and close concession areas throughout the venueCollaborate with Operations and Events Departments to plan and execute food and beverage operations for a variety of eventsResponsible for the efficient setup, operation, and teardown of mobile alcohol beverage stations, ensuring compliance with venue policies, cleanliness standards, and alcohol service regulationsBudget and monitor weekly food and labor costsMonitor sales, inventory and quality controlGenerate daily and monthly financial reports as well as inventory reportsManage inventory and order food and beverage supplies as necessaryResearch new food and beverage productsCreate new menu and marketing ideasMeet with food vendors and make decisions on productsSet up vendor accounts and manage supply invoicesCommunicate with sales representatives and suppliersInspect equipment and food deliveriesCoordinate kitchen equipment installationEvaluate health and safety practicesRecord information about inventory and health practicesHandle customer complaints and suggestionsResponsible for the sale, marketing, coordination, planning, execution and evaluation of all non-tournament special eventsManage special event budgetEnsure all special events have signed contracts, certificates of insurance, and paid deposits prior to arrival Complete special projects and daily assignments as assigned by leadershipMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 21 years oldMinimum of 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including alcohol beverage managementRequires good communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust have strong leadership skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust be able to work under pressure and be decisiveAbility to motivate team membersMust be able to work well in a group settingMust have strong mathematical skillsMust be able to work irregular shifts to include nights, weekends, holidays as neededProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 poundsMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeFacility has intermittent noise
