OverviewAs a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing daily operations across restaurant outlets and special events. Your role ensures high-quality service, team performance, and compliance with safety and service standards. You will be a visible leader on the floor, maintaining a guest-focused environment and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesFood & Beverage Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Train and empower team members to deliver outstanding serviceFill various positions within the Food & Beverage department as needed (FOH and BOH)Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment that exceeds local inspection standardsProvide on-floor supervision during meal periods to ensure consistent service qualityRecognize and reward team member performanceAssist the Director of Food & Beverage in managing meetings and special eventsAssist with inventory and orderingEnsure staff adherence to company policies and proceduresAddress and resolve guest concerns in a timely mannerPerform daily cash drops and complete end-of-day financial reportsMonitor and enforce proper cash handling proceduresTrack team schedules and performance, reporting concerns as neededOversee service standards to ensure exceptional dining experiencesEnsure compliance with all SLED lawsManage opening and closing procedures to company standardsOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidaysProven experience in a supervisory/leadership roleBartending experienceKitchen/culinary experienceProficiency in restaurant POS systems and general computer applicationsPassion for providing exceptional service to guests and team membersResponsibility, reliability, and honestyTeamwork and collaborationMust be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers and supervisorsWhat can you look forward to?All team members enjoy WEEKLY PAY!Qualifying team members may enjoy the following benefits:Medical and Dental insuranceSupplemental insurance plans (ex.
