THE ROLE
The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations while upholding Aparium's Standards of Service. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage or Restaurant Manager, this position bridges leadership and execution - ensuring service excellence while developing team members and supporting operational goals.
This role requires someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. Aparium leaders are expected to be both strategic and hands-on, identifying opportunities for improvement and personally ensuring issues are resolved. As a growing hospitality company rooted in Translocal Hospitality, flexibility, curiosity, and collaboration are essential.
