Hotel: Legacy Te Waonui Hotel Franz Josef

Location: West Coast - 3 Wallace Street, Franz Josef

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position

Hours of Work: Guaranteed 30 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends.

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $31.50 per hour

Our Food & Beverage department might be the perfect fit. In this role, you'll lead daily operations, offer guidance to our team, and ensure smooth departmental procedures. You'll also have the opportunity to welcome and assist guests, manage orders and payments, and even provide expert recommendations for wine pairings. Your Role: What You'll Do and Your Responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations and task allocation in the Food & Beverage department.
• Providing supervision and training to Attendants.
• Greeting guests, taking orders, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
• Prioritizing restaurant cleanliness.
• Handling payments and operating our POS system.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 Years of relevant Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Good communication to work with the team and guests
