We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time F&B Supervisor to join our team at the Olympic Hotel. This role will work in all aspects of the dining and floor service of our venues. Free base employee only medical insurance* 401K Retirement plans with a 4% match for all colleagues* Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!* Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities* Fun, elegant atmosphere with amazing colleagues!Key responsibilities:* Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations* Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and improve performance* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations* Adhere & uphold Fairmont Olympic Hotel service standards* Strive to create a memorable experience and "Turn Moments into Memories" for guests* Participate in Staff Trainings and Product Knowledge Development* Perform opening and/or closing duties* Shift-Coverage of colleagues as needed* Ability to suggest coaching & disciplinary action for colleagues* Ensure cleanliness, health & safety protocols, and EHC standards are always met* Conduct daily briefings and motivate colleagues* Resolve service & product guest recoveries following standard procedures* Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Outlets. IE.
