Lake Padden Golf Course is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Food and Beverage Team Member. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. 

 

Key Responsibilities of the F&B Team Member:

  • Always maintain a professional appearance 
  • Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests 
  • Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper, and other supplies 
  • Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use 
  • Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed 
  • Operate point of sale system, guest member charges, and credit card charges according to procedure 
  • Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
  • Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service. 
  • Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available 
  • Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks 
  • Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned 
  • Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees 
  • Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner 
  • Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed 
  • Demonstrating responsible cash handling skills
  • Prepares, cooks, and serves food menu options. Prior cooking experience not required
  • Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Maintaining clean kitchen environment, including cleaning of fryer and flat top
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager 

 

The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.

The applicant must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 MAST permit and Food Handlers permit.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Experience preferred but not required
