We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:We are looking for positive individuals to assist with our concessions areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawerOperate the POS software efficiently & effectively Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patronsAccurately take customer food & beverage orders Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environmentClean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containersAssist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas when neededTake and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature control in the transportation of foodMay be asked to cook/prepare food itemsProvide world-class customer service Strive to create excellent food & beverage experiences for all guests Additional tasks as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:One year of customer service experience preferredExperience in the food and beverage industry requiredFood Handler's Card preferred Must be age 16 or older WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 40 poundsWill be required stand for extended periods of timeFacility has intermittent noise
