Food Cashier - PT

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making recommendations.

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty beverages, including coffee and espresso-based beverages, according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

• Answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions.

• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient and positive work environment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding service areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous cashier, retail, or food service experience preferred.

• Basic math skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and friendly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
