The Food Expeditor plays a critical role in maintaining seamless communication and workflow between the kitchen and front-of-house team. This position requires a high-energy, level-headed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can respond effectively under pressure while maintaining a steady, consistent pace. Excellent communication skills
Prior restaurant experience preferred

Ability to remain in constant motion for extended periods
Ensure efficient flow of orders from servers to the kitchen
Monitor ticket times and prioritize orders appropriately
Assist with the final preparation and plating of dishes
Inspect completed dishes for accuracy, presentation, and proper temperature before service
Deliver food promptly to maintain smooth and timely service
Uphold quality control and sanitation standards; assist with cleaning as needed
Communicate important information between kitchen and wait staff (e.g., special requests, modifications, delays)
Professionally handle guest concerns to protect and enhance the restaurant’s reputation
Support additional tasks as directed by management
