Compensation: $16.90–$18.00/hour + service charge
Position Overview
The Food Expeditor plays a critical role in ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and frontâofâhouse teams. This position is responsible for maintaining accuracy, quality, and timeliness of food leaving the kitchen, while upholding the elevated standards expected in a private country club environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastâpaced setting, communicates clearly, and supports both dining and event operations with consistency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Standards & Safety:
Follow all club service standards, grooming guidelines, and communication protocols
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible service practices
- Report any issues, delays, or member concerns to management promptly
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a restaurant or private club environment preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to stay organized and composed in a fastâpaced setting
Professional appearance and memberâfirst mindset
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak club events
